El tramite de la visa de estudiante austriaca generalmente toma de 6 a 12 semanas desde la solicitud en la embajada. Se recomienda solicitarla al menos 3 meses antes del inicio de estudios.
Si tienes menos de 24 anos, debes demostrar 722.58 euros mensuales (8,671 euros anuales). Si tienes 24 anos o mas, necesitas 1,308.39 euros mensuales (15,701 euros anuales).
Si, los estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado pueden trabajar hasta 20 horas semanales. Necesitas un permiso de trabajo del servicio de empleo (AMS).
Pasaporte vigente, carta de admision universitaria, comprobante financiero, seguro medico, certificado de antecedentes penales, partida de nacimiento, fotos tamano pasaporte y formulario de solicitud completo.
Puedes apelar dentro de las 4 semanas posteriores al rechazo ante el Tribunal Administrativo Federal (BVwG). Revisa los motivos del rechazo y corrige las deficiencias antes de volver a solicitar.
