MyRodmap OÜ (Migrada) is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, bank, tax advisor, or accounting firm. We provide software and digital services that help you prepare immigration application documents. We do not provide legal advice, represent you before any government authority, or submit applications on your behalf. We may facilitate access to independent reviewers or case managers ("country leaders") who assist with document review, but these individuals are not licensed attorneys unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Contact us at contact@migrada.eu or by postal mail at the registered address above.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," whether as an individual or on behalf of a legal entity) and MyRodmap OÜ. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Migrada provides an online platform that helps non-EU international students prepare Austrian student residence permit applications (Aufenthaltsbewilligung Student).

Our Services include:

Application workspace. A guided digital environment where you enter personal data, upload required documents and build your residence permit application step by step. The workspace includes expandable sections for personal information, passport data, family details, study information, accommodation, finances and travel history.

Nationality-specific document checklists. Based on your country of origin and target city in Austria, Migrada generates a tailored checklist of documents required for your residence permit application, including country-specific requirements for apostille, legalization and translation.

PDF form pre-filling. Migrada uses the data you provide to pre-fill the official Austrian application form ("Antrag auf Erteilung einer Aufenthaltsbewilligung Student"). You can preview the form in real time within the platform. The preview version contains a watermark. The clean, unwatermarked version is available upon payment.

Branded application package. Upon payment, you receive a downloadable ZIP file containing a Migrada cover sheet, the pre-filled application form, a document checklist and all uploaded documents organized in numbered folders.

Optional passport scanning (OCR). You may photograph or upload your passport, and the platform will attempt to extract data (name, date of birth, passport number, nationality, expiry date) using optical character recognition to auto-fill fields. This feature is optional. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any extracted data.

Expert review (paid tier). Your completed application and documents are reviewed by an assigned reviewer (admin or country leader), who adds notes, flags issues and confirms readiness. You are notified of the review outcome.

Dedicated case management (paid tier). A country leader matched to your nationality is assigned to your case and provides ongoing support through the in-platform chat, including document guidance and application review.

In-platform support chat. Communication channel within the application workspace for questions and assistance.

Informational content. Blog articles, FAQ pages and guides about the Austrian residence permit process. This content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

The Services are not available for use in jurisdictions where such use would violate local law. If you access the Services from outside the EU, you do so at your own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2. What Migrada does not do

To avoid any misunderstanding:

  • We do not submit your application to any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. You are solely responsible for submitting your application.
  • We do not guarantee that your residence permit will be approved. The decision is made exclusively by the relevant Austrian authority (e.g., MA35 in Vienna, or the Bezirkshauptmannschaft in other cities).
  • We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
  • We do not contact embassies, consulates, or government offices on your behalf.
  • We do not verify the legal validity of your documents. We check for completeness against known requirements, not legal enforceability.
  • We do not arrange accommodation, health insurance, blocked bank accounts, or university admission. We provide checklists and guidance, but you must arrange these independently.
  • We do not guarantee processing times. Timelines shown on the platform are estimates based on publicly available information and may vary.

3. User registration and responsibilities

To use the Services, you must create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, current and truthful
  • You will promptly update your information if it changes
  • You have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms
  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian
  • You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services
  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at contact@migrada.eu if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

If you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice. If inaccurate information you provided leads to errors in your application, we are not liable for any resulting consequences.

Your documents are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the documents you upload are genuine, valid, properly apostilled or legalized where required, correctly translated and current. Migrada checks for the presence of documents against the checklist, but we cannot verify the authenticity or legal validity of the documents themselves.

4. Pricing, payments and service tiers

Migrada offers the following service tiers (prices in Euros, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated):

€149 (one-time payment)

Full platform access. Immigration Expert AI conversation. Nationality-specific document checklist. All 46 form fields auto-filled. Document validation (OCR). 23 rejection trigger checks. Financial threshold verification. Embassy-ready PDF application package download. Free until 50% complete; payment required to finish and download.

Free access before payment. You may create an account, explore the application workspace, fill in data, upload documents and preview the watermarked PDF form at no cost. Payment is required only to download the clean, unwatermarked application package.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that your billing information is accurate. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. Prices are in Euros (€). VAT or other applicable taxes will be added where required by Estonian or EU law.

Pricing changes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Order refusal. We may, at our sole discretion, decline or cancel any order. This includes orders that appear fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Refund policy

Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

General policy

Migrada provides digital services. Once access to paid features has been delivered (i.e., you can download your application package or your review has been initiated), the service is considered delivered. All sales are generally final, except as described below.

When refunds are available

Service not delivered. If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the paid features you purchased, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.

Duplicate charge. If you are charged twice for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Material defect in document preparation. If the pre-filled application form contains errors that are directly and demonstrably caused by our system (not by incorrect data you provided), and we are unable to correct them, you may request a refund.

When refunds are not available

  • Visa rejection for any reason, including errors in documents you provided, insufficient funds, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or discretionary decisions by the embassy or immigration authority
  • Processing delays or longer-than-expected waiting times for visa decisions
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information you provided to us
  • Documents you failed to upload, obtain, apostille, translate, or submit
  • Changes in immigration policy or requirements after your purchase
  • Change of mind or decision not to submit your application
  • Factors outside our control (embassy closures, political situations, force majeure)
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the service if the service was delivered as described

We do not guarantee visa approval. A refund is not available solely because your visa application was rejected.

Refund process

To request a refund, email contact@migrada.eu within 30 days of purchase. Include your full name, the email associated with your account, your transaction ID and a detailed explanation. We will review your request and respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.

EU consumer withdrawal right

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided the service has not yet been fully performed or accessed. By purchasing and immediately accessing paid features, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been delivered. If you wish to exercise your withdrawal right before accessing paid features, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

6. Country leaders

Migrada works with independent contractors referred to as "country leaders." Country leaders are individuals matched to specific nationality groups who assist with document review, application guidance and native-language support.

Country leaders are not employees of MyRodmap OÜ. They operate as independent contractors under separate agreements with us.

Country leaders are not licensed attorneys or immigration consultants unless explicitly stated in their profile. Their assistance is limited to document review, guidance based on known requirements and general support. They do not provide legal advice.

Data access. Country leaders can access the application data and uploaded documents of clients assigned to them, and only those clients. Access is enforced by row-level security in our database. Country leaders cannot see data belonging to other users.

Confidentiality. Country leaders are bound by confidentiality obligations. They may not share, copy, or retain your personal data outside the platform.

Assignment. Migrada assigns country leaders based on your country of origin, target city and available capacity. We do not guarantee assignment of a specific individual or availability of a country leader for every nationality.

Liability. Migrada is responsible for the platform and the services we deliver. If a country leader provides incorrect guidance that results in a demonstrable error in your application, your remedy is through the refund process described in Section 5, subject to the limitations in Section 10.

7. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, fraudulent, or forged documents or information
  • Use the Services for any purpose other than preparing your own residence permit application (or that of a minor under your legal guardianship)
  • Collect or extract data from the Services without authorization
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
  • Automate interactions with the Services using scripts, bots, or similar tools
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use information obtained through the Services to harass or harm others
  • Abuse the support chat or submit false claims
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the Services to build or operate a competing product
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property associated with the Services, including source code, software, database schemas, website design, visual identity, the Migrada name and logo, written content, document templates and all trademarks, are the exclusive property of MyRodmap OÜ or are licensed to us. These are protected under copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws in Estonia, the EU and internationally.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent from MyRodmap OÜ.

Your content. You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the data you enter. By uploading content to the platform, you grant MyRodmap OÜ a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, display (to you and authorized reviewers) and use that content solely to provide the Services. This license terminates when you delete your account and we have completed any legally required retention periods.

Generated output. The pre-filled application form, cover sheet and document checklist generated by Migrada using your data are provided for your personal use in connection with your residence permit application. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish these materials.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to external websites, including Austrian government portals, university websites, embassy pages and partner services. These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

MyRodmap OÜ does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party website or content. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk. These Terms do not apply to third-party services.

Stripe. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. Your use of Stripe's services is governed by Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Supabase. Data storage and authentication are provided by Supabase, Inc. Your data is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYRODMAP OÜ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant or guarantee:

  • That your residence permit application will be approved
  • That any information, checklist, or form generated by the platform is free from errors
  • That the Services will operate without interruption, delay, or error
  • That the Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • That OCR scanning will extract data with complete accuracy
  • That country-specific requirements displayed on the platform are current at the time of your application (immigration requirements change frequently, and we update them as promptly as possible but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy)
  • Any specific outcome including visa approval, university admission, housing, employment, or successful relocation

Informational content (blog posts, FAQ answers, guides) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, or immigration advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

11. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYRODMAP OÜ, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS (INCLUDING COUNTRY LEADERS), AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, VISA REJECTION, MISSED DEADLINES, TRAVEL COSTS, RELOCATION EXPENSES, ACCOMMODATION COSTS, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR €149, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. If such laws apply, the above limitations may not fully apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your local law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MyRodmap OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information or documents you provided
  • Your violation of any third party's rights
  • Your interaction with any embassy, consulate, or government authority in connection with your residence permit application
  • Any claim by a third party related to your application or documents

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions under your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights.

Informal resolution first. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@migrada.eu to attempt to resolve any dispute informally and in good faith. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 14 days.

Online dispute resolution. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Jurisdiction. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

14. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services or maintain an account.

Termination by you. You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@migrada.eu. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund for services already purchased and delivered.

Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine that your continued use is harmful to us or other users. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months.

Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will continue to apply.

14b. Fair Use and Rate Limiting

Migrada may limit or suspend access to the AI Immigration Expert and other automated features if usage patterns indicate excessive, automated, or abusive activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending automated, scripted, or bulk requests to the platform
  • Submitting messages at a rate that exceeds normal human interaction
  • Using the AI Immigration Expert for purposes unrelated to Austrian residence permit applications
  • Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the AI system's knowledge base
  • Sharing account credentials to allow multiple individuals to use a single account

Free-tier users may be subject to message limits and feature restrictions. Paid users receive higher or unlimited usage within the scope of their application. Accounts showing patterns of abuse may be temporarily rate-limited or permanently suspended without refund.

Migrada reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for the purpose of detecting abuse and ensuring fair access for all users. This monitoring is automated and does not involve human review of message content except where required for abuse investigation.

15. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to features, content, pricing and functionality.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services. If a material change negatively affects a service you have already purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or refund.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may experience technical issues, maintenance, or downtime.

16. User data

We retain data you provide through the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. While we implement reasonable safeguards and perform routine backups, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important documents and data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, deletion, corruption, or unavailability of your data, except where such loss is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

17. Electronic communications

By using the Services and providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including account confirmations, transaction receipts, application status updates, review notifications and service announcements.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. You cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your account or purchases while your account is active.

18. Severability and entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyRodmap OÜ regarding the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and MyRodmap OÜ by these Terms or by your use of the Services.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.
